Summer is hot- escape rooms are cool! Grand Re-Opening, summer 2024!
Every room is different, that being said, there will be a door that needs to be unlocked to EXIT and complete the game. To fully enjoy your experience we encourage players to remain inside the room for the entire game. However, for safety and any other needs that may arise, there is an accessible unlocked door available in all rooms throughout the entire game.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled game time. This allows us to get you checked in and go over the basic rules. If you are going to be late, we ask that you call to let us know. We can accommodate you within ten minutes of your scheduled game time, after that we will either have to deduct time from your game play or reschedule for a later time/date. There are no refunds for late arrivals, so please plan accordingly.
If you must cancel your reservation we ask that you do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled game. Cancellations within the 24 hour time frame or no shows are non-refundable; we will, however, do our best to help you reschedule for a later time/date.
Since COVID all of our rooms have become private, but you do have to book for the room minimum.
While we have no minimum age requirement we encourage participants to be 8 years of age or older, as to best enjoy and be active in the rooms . All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying/participating adult. Infants in a car seat/sling/carrier are allowed (free of charge).
While our rooms have some "physical" challenges, they require no climbing or heavy lifting. Additionally, all of our rooms have at least one chair/stool so even Grandpa can join in on the fun!
While we have no dress requirement, we encourage you to wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in!
We understand accidents happen and sometimes things break; however, if damages occur from excessive force, failure to follow instructions, or player carelessness, your team may be charged a fee for damages. At our escape room or any other, a good rule of thumb is: 'if it feels like you're breaking it, you probably are.'
The use of cell phones or any electronic devices is prohibited. Players are allowed to take photos in the waiting room but not within the escape rooms themselves. This helps to maintain the mystery and fun of the rooms for future players.
Additionally, tools such as multi-tools or all-in-ones are not necessary and using them could result in early game termination.
No food or drinks are allowed in the escape room.
We have lockers on site and designated places in the rooms for personal items.
"Max participants" are based on size of room and room needed to complete the challenges; however, we will try our best to accommodate your entire party. If you have more guests than the site allows, please call us to discuss your options.
Each room has themes and props to match. While some of our rooms might be "creepy" they are not haunted houses and nothing will jump out or grab you.
Escape rooms are meant to be a challenge, as such, not everyone will escape in time. At the end of your allotted time your room will be unlocked and you will be given the option to repeat the room at a discounted rate at a later time.
All the answers to our games/puzzles will be contained in the room. Additionally, each group is guaranteed 3 hints throughout the game. Options for more hints are available.
